I’ll take responsibility for having this conversation every two months. If I do any point between then you feel a sense of ambiguity or confusion, not clear on priorities or direction. I want you to take responsibility to come to talk to me. But anytime you need more feedback, a coaching, please take responsibility and come talk to me.
